It’s a brand a new year, that has literally never been used before it’s never been opened before. It’s brand new from the box so, why not?? Why not try again to implement the habits that you’ve been telling yourself to incorporate in your life for the past years??

This a stone key habit that has the potential to change your life. Waking up earlier gives you more time to start doing the things that you said you would. It also gives you more time to yourself because you’ll be waking up while the world is still asleep.

πŸŽ„ Listening to Badass Music :

You need to create a badass playlist. A playlist full of motivational and inspirational songs that will make you feel like you can accomplish anything. You need that type of music in your life.

πŸŽ„ Intentional Content Consumption :

As someone who watches YouTube a lot I needed to develop this habit. Be intentional about the videos you watch, the books you read, the TV shows you watch. Don’t just feed your mind just about anything. Be picky about the videos you watch and why you watch them.

Watch educational videos mostly. Videos that you won’t just be watching merely for the entertainment but you will also get something out of it, knowledge. This can range from just facts to learning a new skill. This also means consuming content created by people who don’t share the same views as you or people who went through things you’ve never gone through. It will truly educate you, speaking of education…

πŸŽ„ Always Be Learning :

Never stop growing, never stop learning. This doesn’t have to be everyday. It just has to be constantly. Or, can it be everyday?? I’m going to make a conscious effort to see if I can learn something new everyday for the next week.

πŸŽ„ Getting Enough Sleep :

This was one of the hardest habits to incorporate in my life after I told myself I was a night owl. Making an effort to get enough sleep is exhausting in itself. This is also a key stone habit. This habit has the potential to change your life. In order to achieve this you have to set a bedtime and a wake-up time and make sure to follow through.

This will literally change your life, I’m not even kidding. Starting to workout will lead to a snowballing effect of other healthy habits like, eating healthy, drinking more water and getting enough sleep.

πŸŽ„ Get A Hobby :

Get three hobbies, one for your creativity, one for your health and one to make money. It’ll keep you occupied this year and… You’ll be improving yourself.

πŸŽ„ Time Management :

Get into the habit of “managing” your time, whatever that looks like for you. Set goals and spend your time and energy accordingly.

The new year is truly the best time to kickstart these healthy habits. You know, now is a really good time too if you’re up for the challenge.
