6 Ways To Drink More Water 💧:

We all how important drinking water is. We are all aware of all the benefits of drinking water yet we can’t get ourselves to drink more than half a glass of water per day.

In this article I’m going to share 6 ways that will help you to drink more water on a daily basis.

1. Set a goal :

It’s amazing that you want to drink more water but exactly how much is more water?? You have to figure that out and set a clear goal of how much water you want to drink per day, is it 2 litres or 3 litres?? Get super clear and specific on how much water you want to drink per day.

2. Get a cute and large water bottle :

Get yourself a cute water bottle that makes the water inside it scream, “Drink me! Drink me!” The water bottle has to by all means appeal to you. The water bottle should be preferably large so that you won’t be running up and down trying to refill it every five seconds.

3. Carry your water bottle everywhere :

I have become well known in my school for carrying a huge water bottle everywhere with me. It has a handle so it’s very easy to carry and I take it everywhere with me.

If you seriously want to start drinking more water then you should carry your cute water bottle everywhere. It will make drinking water that much easier.

4. Customize your water :

Who said drinking should be plain and boring?? Who said drinking water should suck?? That’s right, nobody did. That is why I included this tip.

If you don’t like the taste of plain, boring water then you are not forced to drink plain, boring water. You can add fruits or berries to your water to give it a little bit of flavour. I personally like my water plain and boring but you do you boo.

5. Drink water after every bathroom break :

It makes sense that after every bathroom break you drink that amazing water of yours. This could be like a crazy cycle : drink water, bathroom break, drink water again, bathroom break again. This will definitely get you to drink a lot of water.

6. Eat your water :

There are plenty of fruits and veggies that contain a lot of water. You should make those fruits and veggies your friends or better yet introduce them to your belly. Cucumbers, watermelons, oranges, strawberries and many others contain a lot of water, so you should definitely introduce them to your belly more often.
