I am Avuma Flatela and today we are talking about bad habits. No, not Ed Sheeran’s song. I am listing 90 bad habits you should quit like yesterday. They are not listed in any order as you can obviously see. And yeah let’s get to it :

  3. Giving up too early
  4. Not finishing projects
  5. Being inconsistent
  6. Overthinking

  8. Not exercising
  9. Not getting enough sleep

  11. Drinking too much caffeine (but like how much caffeine is too much caffeine right!)

  17. Not having any hobbies or interests (We are not playing a game of how boring can you be)

  21. Having plenty of subscriptions you don’t use.

  24. Leaving things till the last minute (We are all going to pretend that I’m not writing this an hour before I have to publish it)
