- Drinking too much caffeine (but like how much caffeine is too much caffeine right!)

- Not having any hobbies or interests (We are not playing a game of how boring can you be)

- Living an unhealthy lifestyle (whatever that means)

- Having plenty of subscriptions you don’t use.
- Staying in toxic relationships

- Leaving things till the last minute (We are all going to pretend that I’m not writing this an hour before I have to publish it)
