I don’t care who you are, what you do for a living, how much you earn, how much you weigh or how many friends you have. I just wanted to remind you how perfect you are, exactly the way that you are.

Nobody is better at being you than you and nobody ever will. You are doing an excellent job at being yourself. You are amazing and I hope that you know that.

Take a good look at yourself, not in the mirror. Notice how kind you are to the people around you, how much you care about your family, how passionate you are about mitigating the effects of global warming and how much you love a good horror movie on a Saturday night. Take note of how amazing you are.

You are beautiful in every sense of the word.

Stop focusing on everything that is wrong with you, let go of your past and forgive yourself for your mistakes. Start loving yourself for everything that you are right at the moment and embracing the person that you are.

Love yourself because you of all people deserve your own love and affection.
